for each customer's requirements. Our sales force stays in close
contact with customers and refineries to make sure wax availability
meets their needs. We follow orders from the time they are placed
through delivery. Once shipped they are traced to minimize any
in-transit delays. We follow up on Certificate of Analysis and
bills of lading to prevent problems from occurring.
We are knowledgeable of the chemistry
of waxes and strive to develop a technical appreciation of the
wax application for each customer's unique requirement. Laboratories
and research /development personnel are at our customers disposal
from each of our major refineries.
